The mileage data within this report was generated with state-of-the-art, cartographic shortest route algorithms that are standard within the mapping industry. The place location (latitude and longitudes) from which the distances were derived are from current geocoding libraries from TeleAtlas and NavTeq. These companies supply the most geo-positionally correct U.S. maps commercially available. Because of these factual derivations and industry best practices, these logs are validated by these standards to be the accurate.

This report meets the criteria that the Internal Revenue Service sets for accurate and timely record-keeping, provided that the user's source data for appointments was derived from an appropriately maintained daily appointment record, such as DayTimers™, Microsoft Outlook™, GoogleCalendar™ or similar daily log that recorded appointments.
